Kokedama Care Instructions
Light
Place your kokedama in medium to bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch both the plant and the moss.
Watering
We suggest checking your kokedama for watering approximately once per week, or when the moss ball feels dry and lightweight. Avoid watering if the moss is still damp or heavy, as overwatering can lead to root issues. It's best to stick to a regular watering schedule.
Watering Methods
Method 1: Soaking
Submerge the moss ball in at least 2-3 inches of room-temperature water for about 10 minutes. Remove and allow excess water to drain before returning it to its saucer or hanger.
Method 2: Running Water
Place the moss ball in a sink and run cool water over the base of the plant until the kokedama feels fully saturated and heavy. Allow excess water to drain completely before placing it back on its saucer or in a hanger.
